Policies & Terms of Service

Please review before booking services

These policies are designed to protect both you and your pet, and to ensure clear expectations, safety and quality care.

*By booking services with Sky Blessed Wolf Pet Sitting, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the policies and terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Sky Blessed Wolf Pet Sitting Services provides in-home pet sitting and dog walking services, including drop-in visits, extended visits, puppy care, medication administration, and other agreed-upon services. All services are provided in the client’s home or immediate neighborhood. 

 

Overnight care is not offered to new clients and is reserved exclusively for select legacy clients by private agreement.

2. Meet & Greet Requirement

A complimentary meet & greet is required for all new clients before services are confirmed. This allows me to meet you and your pet(s), review care instructions, and ensure the arrangement is a good fit for everyone.

 

I reserve the right to decline services at any time if:

​

  • a pet displays unsafe or aggressive behavior

  • the environment feels unsafe or unsuitable

  • expectations are not aligned

3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By booking services with Sky Blessed Wolf Pet Sitting Services, you acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to; bites, scratches, property damage, illness, injury, or escape.

 

You agree to hold Sky Blessed Wolf Pet Sitting, its owner, and any non-working companions harmless from liability for injuries, illness, loss, or damage arising from normal pet behavior or circumstances beyond reasonable control, except in cases of gross negligence. 

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are up-to-date on required vaccinations and legally permitted to be handled in public or private settings.

4. Insurance Coverage

Sky Blessed Wolf Pet Sitting Services is fully insured through Pet Care Insurance. Coverage includes general liability and animal bailee protection.

 

Insurance does not replace owner responsibility for pre-existing conditions, behavioral issues, or undisclosed risks.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

 

Accepted payment methods:

 

  • Credit or debit card via Time to Pet 

  • ACH bank transfer 

  • Approved legacy payment methods during transition period

 

Invoices must be paid before service begins. Unpaid balances may result in canceled or suspended services.

6. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule services.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

7. Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately.

 

If I cannot reach you, I am authorized to seek veterinary care at your preferred veterinarian (if provided), or the nearest available emergency clinic.

 

You are financially responsible for:

  • veterinary treatment

  • transportation time

  • any emergency care fees incurred

 

An emergency transport and coordination fee may apply.

8. Medication Administration

Medication is administered as instructed by the client. I am not liable for complications resulting from incorrect instructions, undisclosed conditions, or adverse reactions.

 

Special handling or complex medical care must be disclosed in advance and may require additional fees.

9. Home Access, Security & Cameras

Clients must provide clear access instructions, including door codes or keys.

 

Indoor or outdoor cameras are permitted; however, clients must disclose the presence and general location of cameras in advance. I do not consent to undisclosed audio recording.

10. Non-Working Companions

In certain situations (such as meet & greets or multi-pet households), a non-working companion may accompany me for logistical or safety support. Companions do not participate in pet care services.

11. Service Area

Services are offered within a limited service radius. Requests outside my service area may be declined or subject to additional fees.

12. Communication & Booking

All booking requests must be submitted through my website or Time to Pet system. Same-day requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.

 

To maintain clear boundaries and availability, personal calls or texts are discouraged for scheduling.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

​

  • safety is compromised

  • payment terms are not met

  • policies are violated

  • a situation exceeds reasonable care expectations.

14. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, signing up through Time to Pet, or otherwise engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Policies & Terms.
